The fashion hierarchy as spoken, this autumn winter its all about giving people the hard dramatic shoulder. Balmain's Christophe Decarnin got the ball rolling last year, but now he's got step up a gear. He has titled it up at 45 degree angle . However they are many other styles to choose from some have soft, sweet curves and others jut out SO SO dramatically they look like they require scaffolding support. This is beautifully illustrated by Roksanda Ilincic above. I believe that these structural shoulders give the illusion of a teeny-tiny waist. I for one am delighted because I have been waiting for a reason to wear shoulder pads!
